Learning Express - Resource from the Library of Michigan offering basic computer training and skills for job seekers. Available for free to anyone in the state of Michigan. 

Digital Learn  If you are new to computers, haven't used them for a while, are a little unsure and uncomfortable, or just need a bit of a refresher, we have the tools to help you tackle technology at your own pace and gain the confidence you need to succeed. This resource is created and supported by the Public Library Association.

Includes data on over 200 million residents as well as new movers/homeowners. Special features include a background and criminal history search. Information provided on U. Macomb County Community Action Center The Community Action Centers provide essential assistance with utilities and housing, applications for transportation and weatherization programs, and information/referrals to community resources.
