Register for summer reading starting June 1, 2023

Keep your brain active this summer! Join the Utica Public Library summer reading program.  Readers have the chance to earn prizes when they read between June 12 - July 22.

How to participate:

Register for summer reading starting June 1 by coming into the library.

Children ages 0 through 2nd grade will earn a prize for every 6 books read, and children in grades 3 and up will earn a prize for every 100 minutes. To get a prize, fill out reading logs and visit the library. Participants will also fill out an entry ticket to be entered into the weekly and Grand Prize drawings.

Participants can also complete Bingo activity sheets for a prize and attend free events throughout the summer to earn entry tickets for grand prizes.

Return reading records and activity sheets weekly to the library to get stamped from June 12 – July 22

** YOU MUST BE ENROLLED IN THE SUMMER READING PROGRAM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARDS AND PRIZES


The final party for summer reading will take place on July 22. Visit our calendar to see this and all other summer events! Print a calendar to keep at home.
